ASSISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (PENANG - GEORGETOWN)

Job Responsibility:
  • The incumbent will be responsible for managing the customer service activities of semiconductor and other electronic components distribution.
  • Lead the Customer Service team to maintain well order management and provide direction for problem solving.
  • Manage the forecast balance analysis with Customer Service and Sales team.
  • Conduct analysis and generate reports on team performance and on time delivery performance etc. then execute improvement plan.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and FAE departments on executions on delivery schedule and demand.
  • To be responsible for ISO 9001 & 14001 process flow and documentation.
Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any business studies or an equivalent training in business or sales management.
  • Requires at least 5 years of experience in customer service particularly in the electronic component or at least 2 years of experience in customer service management.
  • Strong leadership skills and role model.
  • Proven decision making skills.
  • Excellent presentation and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
