SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER (PENANG - PRAI)

Job Description:
  • To assist facility department head in developing and implementing an efficient and effective management system in order to control facility related risk.
  • To drive EHS programs to minimize work related safety incidents.
  • To ensure the safety of the personnel when dealing with the machine.
  • To instill quality thinking into all facilities personnel and promote cleanliness, safety and accident prevention anticipation.
  • To ensure compliance of company Quality, Environmental and Safety procedures and all regulatory requirements.
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess Degree or Diploma in Engineering of Industrial, Engineering of Environmental / Health / Safety, Engineering of Mechatronic / Electro-mechanical or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • At least have certificate of JKKP.
  • Green Book Holder will be added advantage.

IT OFFICER (PENANG - BUKIT MINYAK)

Job Description:
  • Coordinate and collaborate with superior on current programming task and implement features especially Oracle EBS, production system (ERP).
  • To perform and get organizes information by studying, analyzing, interpreting and classifying data and prepared reporting thru SQL.
  • To summarizing information, prepare user guide as references.
  • Perform job function as debugging source code, enhancement, system design for any technical design document.
  • Provided programming skill with .Net, Visual Basic or web programming if necessary.

Job Requirement:
  • Min a Diploma or a Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Most preferred candidate with excellent debugging and problem solving skills.
  • Possesses ERP/MES basic knowledge.
  • Self independent and standby for ad-hoc solving issue.

QA EXECUTIVE (KEDAH - KULIM)

Job Description
  • Manage all customer complaints and issue, including improvement, corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage customer return RTV lots and suggest the disposition.
  • Approve shipment data sheet for customer.
  • Get new product qualification.
  • Manage evaluation, correlation and experiments with customer.
  • Organize and conduct customer meeting/conference call on routine basis when necessary.
  • Coordinate sample making to customer with other department.
  • Manage raw & sub material suppliers and approve incoming inspection result.
  • To be assigned duties as required by Superior.
  • Establish and maintain QESH procedures and work instructions.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Knowledge in Japanese would be an added advantage.
  • Required skill(s): SPC.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in customer QA.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kulim.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
