HR MANAGER (PENANG - PRAI)

Job Description:
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions which include manpower planning & source, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance and other related support services.
  • Responsible for the review, development & implementation of systems, procedures and processes to improve the operational efficiency of the department.
  • Responsible in the implementation and execution of the HR strategies, policies and practices.
  • Handling staffing issues either by counselling or implementing disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters in compliance with labour law.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Superior or Management from time to time.
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any business field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience n the related field is required.
  • Experience in union environment.
  • Good communication skills.
