IT APPLICATION ENGINEER (PENANG - BAYAN LEPAS)

Job Description:
  • To be involved in SDLC for those applications run in the company.
  • Application design, programming, testing, implementing, maintenance and documentation and project management.
  • Support and  maintain existing system/business application include troubleshooting and bug fixing.
  • Provide user training and support.
  • Other duties as specified by the IT Manager.
Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science with minimum 2 - 3 years of related experience or higher diploma in IT/Computer Science with minimum 5 - 6 years of related experience is required.
  • Knowledge in Oracle SQL or Oracle PL/SQL is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of ERP or MRP in Electronics Manufacturing environment.

SERVICE CONTRACTS MANAGER (PENANG - JURU)

Job Description:
  • Manage all the service contracts within the country.
  • Train and lead the service team for operations, maintenance and any troubleshooting on site.
  • Support the team members with contract maintenance, analysing data, determine corrective measures and start maintenance operations.
  • Plan and schedule manpower support for all service contracts.
  • Ensure no Interruption to Production (ITP) from all contract sites.
  • Apply advanced skills to resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices.
  • Increase profitability of Service Contracts through optimization of resources.
  • Generate value added service by identifying client needs, recommending necessary consumable, upgrading or system integration to existing contract.
  • Review and implement SOP for all Service Contracts.
  • Support SEA sales in service contract tender, support region and project team when required.
  • Assist SEA Operations manager to validate and put in place standard document and practices.
  • Take appropriate measures when required to improve team productivity and efficiency. Conduct Performance appraisal for the service contract team.
  • Support and implement skills matrix program.
  • Conduct REX meeting on all Service Contracts.
  • Attend all monthly and management meeting on the service contract side.
  • Review and validate the incident report, 8D report, service report, monthly/weekly report for all sites.
  • Validate the quotations of the 3rd party contractors and work with them for the mechanical and electrical works.
  • Manage the service operations team.
  • Liaise with the client for the service contracts, ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Apply the safety procedures for operations bound to their activities.
  • Ensure that the operations team has completed the necessary safety training.
  • Apply the quality procedures for operations bound to their activities.
Job Requirement:
  • University Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering/Chemistry.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in running service contract in the waste water/process water treatment plant.
  • Process and application of water treatment plan.
  • Familiarity with waster water/process water instrumentation and equipment.
  • Equipment maintenance and calibration of instruments and troubleshooting.
  • Possesses team leadership skills, problem solving skills, customer focus and adaptability.

SENIOR SERVICE ENGINEER (PENANG - JURU)

Job Description:
  • Represent the department to lead and guide junior engineers and provide service at customer site.
  • To be responsible to ensure the service team provider proper service to customer according to Service Contract Management.
  • To manage and lead junior engineers by helping them to achieve their working objectives, technical advise, system monitoring and maintenance, troubleshooting, small projects and repairing job.
  • To plan and arrange or assist junior engineers to plan and arrange resources for manpower (subordinates and contractors), tools, material and schedule to carry out job task assigned.
  • To assign own self or one of the staff to be H&S representative.
  • To clearly define all the PPE required during work at site/treatment plant.
  • To ensure all staffs who work in the treatment plan wear PPE all the time.
  • To ensure all sub-contractor who works in the treatment plant wear PPE at all time.
  • To report any safety incident to management immediately.
  • To read & understand all the content, scope of supply, obligations in the contract.
  • To ensure meeting the required KPI and/or standards and report to management immediately in case that the team is not meeting the KPI and/or standards.
  • To manage subordinates in the plan and to ensure subordinate follow company and customer rules and practices.
  • To follow "Service Operations Golden Rules" as a basic code of practice for the team.
  • To lead and manage subordinates to perform necessary job task effectively (meeting quality, agreed time line and within budgeted cost).
  • To arrange monthly meeting internally, ensure system operate in good conditions, prepare Preventive Maintenance (PM) planning and execution, carry out daily job task planning and ensure good housekeeping.
  • To advise customer for parts, plant or system improvement and the best practices and fast respond to troubleshoot system abnormality.
  • To inform and advise customer for parts, plant or system abnormality and suggest actions or the best practices to customer.
  • To submit the report timely (according to agreed deadline) to customer and call monthly meeting (according to agreed deadline) to discuss on monthly report, AR and issue arise.
  • To ensure job order/work order completed with Service Report and necessary document, carry out "On Job Training" to technician at side and when necessary and carry out task assigned by superior/HOD as and when required.
  • Assist the Service Operations Manager in setting objective for the team.

Job Requirement:
  • University Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering/Chemistry.
  • Certification: CePEITSO.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience on IETS.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in leading a team of Junior Engineers.
  • Able to prepare report or necessary document with minimum supervision.
  • Able to troubleshooting system independently.
  • Knowledge in piping and technically sound.
  • Good leadership.
  • Take own initiative to suggest for improvement or overcome problem occurred.
  • Ability to work and perform in a demanding/pressurized working environment.
  • 24 hours on call.

LEAD ENGINEER (PENANG - JURU)

Job Description:
  • To lead Engineer (Service Contract) to carry out their working objectives, technical advise. job preparation to perform job in service contract effectively.
  • To apply best know-how knowledge to lead and ensure individual Site Service Engineer and the team perform accordingly.
  • To ensure system operate in good conditions by each Site Service Engineer.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in water treatment industry with Service Contract job experience.
  • Knowledge in Service Contract Management, system troubleshooting and preparing technical reports.
  • Good leadership, responsible and disciplined.
  • Able to work and perform in a demanding/pressurized working environment.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER (PENANG - PRAI)

Job Responsibility:
  • Responsible for various accounting activities in daily operation, budgeting/forecasting, cash management and support the business operations.
  • To develop and progress within the financial control function and other areas of finance.
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc month end journals. To post journal entry to accounting system.
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports. Monthly analysis of profit and loss accounts, including commentary. Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
  • Monitor accounts receivable (AR) functions and process accounts payable (AP) invoices and recurring payments.
  • Recording bank transactions, maintaining cashbooks and performing daily bank and cash audit reconciliations, to assist the client-ledger team.

  • Required skills: SAP & MS Excel.

SALES EXECUTIVE (PENANG - PRAI)

Job Description:
  • To support Section Head implementing Sales Department's objective, strategies & control customer's performance as per Company's mission, objective and strategies set.
  • To develop new customers, new markets & new products and maintain Company's market reputation.
  • To follow up and coordinate with internal parties to ensure customer's quality standard has been achieved.
  • To ensure customer's collection on time & follow up on the payment collection.
  • To handle customer complaint & coordinate with internal parties for problem solving & decision making in terms of selling price, payment mode, quality issues, delivery lead-time etc to achieve total customer's satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:
  • Responsible for smooth operation in all level (production, QA, QC, Pigment & Maintenance Section) and ensure ISO 9001:2000 procedure & work instruction being followed in all level of operation.
  • Responsible for daily production activities, ensure meeting daily production schedule & target set on the wastage and productivity.
  • Recommendation for necessary continuous improvement in machineries, process, human resource and operation system.
  • Operator management, ensure the efficiency of operator, follow SOP and overtime arrangement.

Job Description:
  • To lead and directs activities through Production Supervisors and Engineering Support personnel to attain production goals.
  • To review and establish material, equipment and manpower resource required for the production lines.
  • To coordinate and lead activities with other functions to achieve continuous improvements in the plant.
  • To be consistent with safety, quality, housekeeping, organization, waste elimination and performance objectives.
  • To establish budgets for conducting departmental activities and other forecasted manufacturing projects such as manpower, equipment and supply needs.
  • To be responsible for managing the department within established budgetary guidelines.
