Job Responsibility:
Responsible for co-ordination and management of all responsibilities under HR, including, but not limited to:
- Creation, maintenance and implementation of policies related to Human Resources.
- Management of Compensation & Benefits.
- Management of payroll.
- Management of IR & ER.
- Management of recruitment.
- Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
- Oversees the analysis, maintenance and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
- Identifies customer requirements and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in any relevant studies.
- More than 10 years of General HR/Management role in large organization/MNC company.
- Language proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- Independent personality and strong leadership skills.
