- Developing supply base, supplier selection, risk management, single/second sourcing, product life cycle pricing.
- Initiate, update and coordinate vendors audit and agreement.
- Overall manage vendors' performance, consolidate and maintain all suppliers performance and indicator.
- Worked closely with the selected suppliers and managing the company procurement activities.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, conducted supplier audits, owned cost reduction roadmap and implementation and inventory management.
- To ensure suppliers met obligations to specifications within committed time frames, modified terms and conditions when required and managed issue that arises to closure.
- Involve in supplier quality control.
Job Requirement:
- At least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Experience in procurement activity for small precision parts manufacturing and mold.
- Knowledge in molding, lathing, press or plating.
- Possess wide network and resourceful.
- Able to work independently and strong leadership skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to travel overseas.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
