PCBA TEST TECHNICIAN (PENANG - BAYAN LEPAS)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional test support for production and NPI.
  • Perform tester’s setup, checking and maintaining the testers and test fixtures.
  • Assist in board testing, collect and analyze the functional test data, and locate the possible component failures.
  • Documented test processes as well as debugging methods for production.
  • Troubleshoot on the PCBA and functional tester failures.
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking the PCBA that send for third parties test and repair.
  • Assist in evaluating and documenting test equipment and test program.
  • Work with TMSC personnel and engineering on board troubleshooting and continuous improvement on test activities.
  • Assist in coordinates for building the test fixtures and test interface for speed up the test process.
  • Provide test yield data collection and reporting.
  • Handle test NCR investigation and reporting.


Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of test engineering experience in the electronics assembly industry.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and electronic circuit analyzing skill.
  • Experience in ultrasonic product testing and electronic medical product testing will be added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and inter-personal communication capabilities;
  • Well writing and speaking in English and Bahasa while ability to communicate in Japanese is an added advantage.

SENIOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST (PENANG - BAYAN LEPAS)

Job Description:
  • Responsible for overseeing accounts payables operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of the Account Payables form invoice processing, posting, verifying payment accuracy and invoice discrepancies.
  • Analyst Account payables reconciliations sub-ledger against General Ledger.
  • Analyst invoice receipt reconciliations against General Ledger.
  • Analyst GST input and output tax and GST F-03 Return.
  • Review and take corrective action on invoice discrepancies.
  • Handle and communicate with Buyers, Finance and Costing team on all related matters.
  • Assist SOX, Internal and External Audit Requirements.


Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • At least 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to handle full sets of accounts and reporting.
  • Exposure in Audit and SOX are an added advantages.
  • Computer literacy and familiar with Oracle will be an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST (PENANG - BAYAN LEPAS)

Job Description: 
  • Responsible to perform inter-company account receivables billing, reconciliation of inter-company balance and confirm balances with respective entitles.
  • Perform and coordinate activities of the Account Receivables from Invoice Processing, Posting, Verifying Collection Accuracy.
  • Analyst Account Receivables reconciliations sub-ledger against General Ledger.
  • Review and take corrective action on invoice and collection receipt discrepancies.
  • Handle and communicate with Customer, Finance and Costing team on all related matters.
  • Assist SOX, Internal and External Audit requirements.
  • Prepare manual cheques and electronics payment as and when required.


Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Exposure in Audit and SOX are an added advantages.
  • Computer literacy and Oracle experience.

QA ENGINEER (PENANG - BAYAN LEPAS)

Job Responsibilities:

-          To oversee and lead a team of QA inspectors and technicians to work on daily routine.
-          To control and manage quality issues from customers and in-house rejects.
-          To investigate the root causes of quality incidences by working with the various process owners.
-          To institute appropriate corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
-          To assure quality system is updated and effective.
-          To perform acceptance tests on all new materials and process changes.
-          To monitor the performance of suppliers/ outsources/ subcons and initiate appropriate improvement actions.
-          To provide necessary product engineering support to Sales team.


Job Requirements:

-          Bachelor's Degree in Polymer Technology/ Mechanical Engineering/ Material Science/ Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
-          Preferably with 1-2 years relevant working experience.
-          Familiar with SPC, 8D, DOE, FMEA and other QC tools.
-          Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 Quality Systems and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
-          Technically competent with good analytical skills, result-oriented, proactive, resourceful with a high degree of independence and perseverance.
-     Must be able to read and write in Mandarin.
-          Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

SENIOR / PROCESS ENGINEER - PCBA (PENANG - BAYAN LEPAS)

Job Description
  • Analyze and improve current process methodology and provided an efficient way to meet process requirement (Yield, Cost, etc.)
  • Be responsible for Analyzing Product defects.
  • Lead the SMT technicians on machine troubleshooting and repairing.
  • Be responsible for documenting, revising process documents such as  work instruction, Process Flow, FMEA, etc.
  • Be responsible for tools and fixture improvements.
  • Support New Product Buildin SMT, PTH, Soldering and Packing Process by suggesting tool designs and process parameters.
  • Be responsible for process improvements to eliminate defects and customer complaints.
  • Reporting on product quality matter, production performance as well as providing effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Work with TMSC to ensure smooth new project introduction or transfer.
  • Establish and maintain the PE related process for best efficiency of the production.
  • Prevent quality issues by proactive process design and innovation.
  • Analyze and resolve the quality issues and customer complaints by creative solutions.
  • Ensure the good status of equipment and fixture tooling under PE supervising.
Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree Electrical, Electrical and Mechanical or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years of Process Engineering experience in the electronics assembly industry;
  •  Strong SPC skills and FMEA experience;
  •  Master of PCBA process such as SMT, Assembly, Selective point soldering, and reworking; 
  • Strong SMT and AOI machine knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and inter-personal communication capabilities;
  • Well writing and speaking in English and Bahasa while ability to  communicate in Japanese is an added advantage;
  • Have experience on Lean Manufacturing and ISO Quality Systems;
  • Knowledgeable in IPC Standards, IPC-610, Design of Experiment, Lean Manufacturing, etc.

FACILITY MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER (KULIM - KEDAH)

Job Responsibility:

  • To assist Manufacturing & Technology AGM in managing Facility Dept functions by providing full support to manufacturing activities.
  • Plan and execute: a) Introduction of new machine and machine improvement. b) Preventive/periodic maintenance and mid-year/year-end shutdown as per plan.
  • Collaborate with supplier(s)/vendor(s) on: a) Servicing and trouble-shooting. b) Installation/modification of machine.
  • Study machine characteristic for improvement/maintenance.
  • Oversee welfare and disciplines of dept staffs to comply with Company's rules and regulations.
  • Managing the utilities cost (electricity, water and gasses), departmental repair/maintenance cost, WWTP's chemical cost, disposal cost for Scheduled Waste etc.
  • To comply with authorities regulations/rules such as water/air effluence, pressurized vessel etc.
  • Communicate with authorities such as DOE, DOSH, Energy Commission etc.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement:
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • 10 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in contractor management and cleanroom maintenance.
  • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
