- In-house repair/service of digital cameras (e.g. IXUS & PowerShot).
- Assist to update customers on the repair status of their digital cameras and ensure that cameras are repaired within stated time to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Certificate/Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year relevant working experience in Electronics/IT related fields.
- Preferable with knowledge in fixing digital cameras especially DSLR camera/photographer.
- Pleasant personality and customer service oriented.
