CUSTOMER SERVICE SENIOR ENGINEER/ENGINEER (PENANG - BAYAN LEPAS)
Job Responsibility:
- Organize and lead meetings to address customer requirements on technical improvement matter.
- Safeguard customer's interest for any project in internal functions.
- Perform survey and assessment on customer satisfaction level.
- Initiate Corrective Action Report/8D for customer complains/feedback as per specification requirement. Initiate investigation and respond to Customer Complaints on a timely basis.
- Responsible to obtain management approval prior to sending out reports to customers.
- Coordinate customer returned reject sample analysis and simulation tests to identify root-cause of the Customer Complaint/Feedback issue.
- Responsible to file and coordinate to submit reports to customers.
- Interface between Customer, Supplier and Process Engineer for technical innovations.
- Ensure that all activities to be introduce or carryout by good self and subordinates compliance to legal requirements and company objectives with respect to environmental requirements.
- Highlight to superior any activities in the company that may be contrary to the environmental policy.
- Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum a Diploma holder in any discipline of Engineering or at least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Possess knowledge in 8D writing and good communication skills.
- Must be able to travel overseas independently within short period of notification.
- Good analytical skills.
- Knowledge in SAP system & MS Excel.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.
