PRODUCTION SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT/SUPERINTENDENT (PENANG - BAYAN LEPAS)

Job Responsibility:

• Plan, coordinate and achieve packed/shipped volume to committed goals.
• Supervise and oversee budgets, plans and programs to ensure the optimum utilization of available equipment, space and labour force to attain plant production objectives.
• Assure achievement of management and manufacturing objective through the proper selection, development, training and motivation of subordinates.
• Continuously plan to improve work environment, methods, effectiveness & resource utilization, and critically review and monitor operating results.
• Generate record system to effectively optimize production capacity and identify areas for improvements.
• Assure maintenance of product, standards through effective administration of good manufacturing practices program, employee awareness and training, programs and a high level of housekeeping.
• Ensure the quality goals and objectives are being monitored closely. Initiate necessary corrective actions to achieve the desired target.
• To create awareness and ensure that all subordinates are appropriately trained to carry out their daily activities that may create a significant impact to the environment.
• Ensure that all direct material and indirect materials are stored in proper location and condition.
• Ensure that any waste and rejected parts are properly stored and scrap.
• To ensure all activities taken by subordinates comply to company's environmental procedures.
• Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum a diploma in any discipline of Engineering and/or minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Possess the knowledge in total production function and management skill.
• Strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills.
• Possess positive attitude and able to work independently.
