PROCESS SENIOR ENGINEER/ENGINEER (PENANG - BAYAN LEPAS)

Job Description:

• Conduct process capabilities study.
• Implement actions to meet projected yield target.
• Develop and utilize statistical methods to improve product yield/process parameters.
• Designing and perform verification on drawings.
• Assist and co-ordinate new project transfer where needed.
• Plan & perform evaluation study and improve productivity where necessary.
• Lead and supervise subordinates comprising of engineers and technicians.
• Ensure that all activities to be introduced or carryout by good self and subordinates compliance to legal requirements and company objectives with respect to environmental requirements.
• Highlight to superior any activities in the company that may be contrary to the environmental policy.
• Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum a Diploma holder in any discipline of Engineering or at least 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
• Possess knowledge in process engineering.
• Good analytical skills.
• Has initiative to learn and hardworking.
