PRODUCTION PLANNER (PENANG - BAYAN LEPAS)

Job Responsibility:
  • To create production plans base on the forecast prepared by Japan. Ensure FCST received from Japan being reviewed and loading into EBS with minimize error for MRP reactions.
  • To monitor, analyze and report the production performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis include DJ release.
  • To provide support to the production lines by ensuring the parts/products needed are supplied on time.
  • Work closely with Buyer and production on EC, PCN to have smooth support to customer demand.
  • To coordinate with offline planner and bonded warehouse goods delivery to TMMA to eliminate production line disconnection (as and when request to).
  • To coordinate with Japan on FG purchase orders and shipment of products (include the customer destination change if any).
  • To ensure FG shipment are on time.
  • To manage and perform inventory checking of parts and products regularly to minimize no stock or over stock.
  • Weekly reports submits to and meeting with superior on FCST vs commitment; material control (any overuse); production rejects unit (reason, reworkable or not, new material need and the expected output date, etc).
  • Weekly meeting with production and customer on FCST schedule commitment.
  • Bill of Material maintenance in EBS for new BOM items, EC cut in, revision change and liaise closely with buyer for the items cost for overall BOM cost review as and when needed.
  • Support on superior requirement form time to time.

Job Requirement:
  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge in MS Excel.
  • Ability to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Japanese or Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage.

WAREHOUSE OFFICER (KEDAH - KULIM)

Job Description:

-          Ensure that smooth warehouse operation in receiving and outgoing and arrange the warehouse transaction as per required in standard procedure.
-          Ensure accuracy of orders by developing and utilizing procedures for monitoring the condition and quantity of items in each individual order during processing of daily and monthly inventory report.
-          Maintaining and updating invoice and goods receiving information to the system.
-          Perform and monitoring the physical stock count in end month and review the discrepancy quantity.
-          Ensure that safe and secure warehouse operation and maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the storeroom.
-          Ensure that minimum inventory level is maintained and control.
-          Conduct OJT training to subordinate from time to time.
-          Manage and execute the warehouse layout and maximize the warehouse storage space.
-          Prepare and check the relevant monthly/weekly/daily report.


Job Requirement:

-          Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in any field.
-          Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word and able to drive forklift.
-          At 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

ACCOUNTANT - TAX SPECIALIST (PENANG - BAYAN LEPAS)

Job Responsibility:

  • Main job scope is handling overall Tax affair for 5 group companies in Penang, co-operating with other member in Accounting department, and reporting to Section Manager & Management.
  • Liaise with external Tax consultant/Audit firm.
  • Liaise with IRB/Custom/MIDA for tax related issues.
  • Corporate tax filing.
  • PCB computation.
  • Expatriates personal income tax filing.
  • Deferred tax computation on fiscal year end.
  • Handling transfer price issues, including update a benchmark report.
  • Withholding tax.
  • Handling IRB/Custom tax audit.
  • Study tax incentive scheme (both approved and new application).
  • Analyze and simulate a tax impact on the company for future special transaction.
  • Support GST filing and further brush up as post implementation stage.
  • Prepare budget figure on corporate tax related every 6 months.
  • Support other areas in the team, like GL, AP and AR related operation.
  • Secure financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
  • Complies with federal, state and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
  • Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Accomplish the result by performing the duty.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Job Requirement:

  • At least a Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • Some experience in overall corporate tax affair is required.
  • Experience in handling GL, AP & Treasury is preferred.

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER / DEPARTMENT HEAD (PENANG - BUKIT MINYAK)

Job Responsibility:
  • Design and develop new mechanical design concept assembly to meet customer requirement and function ability.
  • Modify existing equipment, jig & fixture and machine or process to meet customer need of manufacturing operations.
  • Conduct design review with customer and sales team to ensure the equipment design and process to fulfill customer requirement.
  • Initial, develop and implement new process.
  • Manage and update drawing, associated documentation such as BOM.
  • Work closely with production team members. 
  • Monitor and provide technical assistant and resolved quality related problem to meet customer requirement.
  • Non-performance items, investigate the root cause and make recommendation for corrective action to prevent recurrence.
  • Department Head - to supervise Mechanical Design Engineers.

Job Requirement:
  • At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Knowledge in Solid Work, Master CAM, CAD CAM etc.
  • Knowledge in PLC programming, CNC, Milling, Turning will be added advantage.
  • Professional self-motivated team player.
  • Strong leadership skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to learn new things and hardworking.

SALES & SERVICE ENGINEER/DEPARTMENT HEAD (PENANG - BUKIT MINYAK)

Job Responsibility:

  1. Develop a thorough understanding of company product.
  2. Provide sales quotation & presentation.
  3. Plan visit, customer call & update weekly sales report to Manager & exceeding monthly sales target.
  4. Follow up sales inquiries with customer.
  5. To service existing customer & develop new business opportunity.
  6. Responsible to follow up all overdue payment with customer.
  7. Department Head - supervise sales & service engineers.
  
Job Requirement:

  1. At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  2. Experience in Jig & Fixture or Metal Fabrication will be an advantage.
  3. Good communication skills in English, Malay & Chinese (verbal & Written)

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (PENANG - BUKIT MINYAK)

Job Responsibility:

- Office administration covers:-
  a) Responsibilities include smooth and efficient running of all routine work functions such as accounting data entry, document filing, AP, AR, bank reconciliation and generating internal reports.
  b) Review and follow up overdue payment with debtors monthly.
  c) Carry out the monthly payment made to creditors.

- To carry out full set account, monthly account closing and financial report.
- To review and resolve any accounting issue that may arise from time to time.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment as assigned from time to time.


Job Requirement:

- LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or related professional qualification.
- Good in communication and computer literature.
- At least 1 year experience in accounting field.
