- To lead and directs activities through Production Supervisors and Engineering Support personnel to attain production goals.
- To review and establish material, equipment and manpower resource required for the production lines.
- To coordinate and lead activities with other functions to achieve continuous improvements in the plant.
- To be consistent with safety, quality, housekeeping, organization, waste elimination and performance objectives.
- To establish budgets for conducting departmental activities and other forecasted manufacturing projects such as manpower, equipment and supply needs.
- To be responsible for managing the department within established budgetary guidelines.
- To be accountable for consistent application for policy and procedures throughout the production unit.
- To assists and support in implementing special projects/assignments or activities as determined by the Management.
- To ensure all staff complies with and supports the health, safety and environmental programs, policies and procedures.
Job Requirement:
- A Degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Production/Manufacturing Management.
- Must have good knowledge and experience in PCB assembly.
- Minimum 5 years in a PCB assembling/manufacturing environment.
- Possess good leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese is a definite advantage.
