HR MANAGER (PENANG - BUKIT MINYAK)

Job Responsibility:
Responsible for co-ordination and management of all responsibilities under HR, including, but not limited to:
  • Creation, maintenance and implementation of policies related to Human Resources.
  • Management of Compensation & Benefits.
  • Management of payroll.
  • Management of IR & ER.
  • Management of recruitment.
  • Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
  • Oversees the analysis, maintenance and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
  • Identifies customer requirements and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:
  • Diploma/Degree in any relevant studies.
  • More than 10 years of General HR/Management role in large organization/MNC company.
  • Language proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • Independent personality and strong leadership skills.
