- Responsible for smooth operation in all level (production, QA, QC, Pigment & Maintenance Section) and ensure ISO 9001:2000 procedure & work instruction being followed in all level of operation.
- Responsible for daily production activities, ensure meeting daily production schedule & target set on the wastage and productivity.
- Recommendation for necessary continuous improvement in machineries, process, human resource and operation system.
- Operator management, ensure the efficiency of operator, follow SOP and overtime arrangement.
- Monitoring production performance in term of machine down time, wastage, rejection rates and other production related matters, ensure good housekeeping & safety workplace.
- Constantly follow up with QC & QA section on quality related issues and coordinate weekly & monthly Production Meeting.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel on the machine maintenance issues.
- Provide necessary on job training for production operator and others related section.
- Any other task as may assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirement:
- At least a Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in plastic related industries.
- Production management and supervisory skills.
- Understand of 5S concept, ISO 9001:2000 and basic quality control concept.
- Quality assurance knowledge.
- Maintenance operation concept.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Understand of Mandarin is an added advantage.
