SERVICE CONTRACTS MANAGER (PENANG - JURU)

Job Description:
  • Manage all the service contracts within the country.
  • Train and lead the service team for operations, maintenance and any troubleshooting on site.
  • Support the team members with contract maintenance, analysing data, determine corrective measures and start maintenance operations.
  • Plan and schedule manpower support for all service contracts.
  • Ensure no Interruption to Production (ITP) from all contract sites.
  • Apply advanced skills to resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices.
  • Increase profitability of Service Contracts through optimization of resources.
  • Generate value added service by identifying client needs, recommending necessary consumable, upgrading or system integration to existing contract.
  • Review and implement SOP for all Service Contracts.
  • Support SEA sales in service contract tender, support region and project team when required.
  • Assist SEA Operations manager to validate and put in place standard document and practices.
  • Take appropriate measures when required to improve team productivity and efficiency. Conduct Performance appraisal for the service contract team.
  • Support and implement skills matrix program.
  • Conduct REX meeting on all Service Contracts.
  • Attend all monthly and management meeting on the service contract side.
  • Review and validate the incident report, 8D report, service report, monthly/weekly report for all sites.
  • Validate the quotations of the 3rd party contractors and work with them for the mechanical and electrical works.
  • Manage the service operations team.
  • Liaise with the client for the service contracts, ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Apply the safety procedures for operations bound to their activities.
  • Ensure that the operations team has completed the necessary safety training.
  • Apply the quality procedures for operations bound to their activities.
Job Requirement:
  • University Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering/Chemistry.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in running service contract in the waste water/process water treatment plant.
  • Process and application of water treatment plan.
  • Familiarity with waster water/process water instrumentation and equipment.
  • Equipment maintenance and calibration of instruments and troubleshooting.
  • Possesses team leadership skills, problem solving skills, customer focus and adaptability.
