LEAD ENGINEER (PENANG - JURU)

Job Description:

• To lead Engineer (Service Contract) to carry out their working objectives, technical advise. job preparation to perform job in service contract effectively.
• To apply best know-how knowledge to lead and ensure individual Site Service Engineer and the team perform accordingly.
• To ensure system operate in good conditions by each Site Service Engineer.
• To plan and arrange or guide subordinates to arrange resources for manpower (subordinates & contractor), tools, materials and schedule to carry out job task assigned.
• To lead subordinate to perform necessary job task effectively.
• To ensure subordinate follow company and customer rules & practices.
• To ensure good and effective communication among the team.
• Apply the safety procedures for operations bound to their activities.
• Ensure sub-contractor to apply the same safety procedure.
• Apply the quality procedures for operations bound to their activities.

Job Requirement:

• University Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering.
• Certification: CePSWaM (Sch Waste) or CePIETSO (BP or PCP).
• 5 - 8 years of experience in water treatment industry with supervision experience in Service Contract job experiences.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in water treatment industry with Service Contract job experience.
• Knowledge in Service Contract Management, system troubleshooting and preparing technical reports.
• Good leadership, responsible and disciplined.
• Able to work and perform in a demanding/pressurized working environment.
