SENIOR IT ENGINEER (PENANG - PRAI)

Job Description:

• Assist IT Manager in ensuring the high availability of all IT services, including but not limited to LAN/WAN network, servers, PBX and core applications.
• Provide IT support to both office and production users.
• LAN, WAN, AD troubleshooting.
• Antivirus and OS patches management.
• Phone, PBX and Card Access management.
• Application/Software development as required, VisualStudio.Net, MS SQL, VBA etc.
• 1st level core application support, e.g. ERP, MES, MS Office etc.
• Assist in OS and SQL backup.
• Additional duty as required.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least  1 year experience in manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with WINTEL platform.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Semi-conductor or wafer processing industry experience preferred.
• Hands on knowledge on ASP.Net development and SQL.
• Leadership skills.
• Good  communication skill.
• Strong technical project management skill.
• Proficient in English.
