HR MANAGER (KEDAH - KULIM HI-TECH PARK)

Job Description:
  • Lead HR department strategically and operationally on all aspects of Human Resource functions, including but not limited to Change Management/Talent Acquisition/Talent Management & Retention/Compensation & Benefits/Employee Relations/HR Information System and Health Services.
  • Implementing a HR strategy aligned to business goal focusing on developing a high performance culture.
  • Recommend, introduce and implement operational process improvement and innovative solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Drive talent acquisition activities to achieve latest manpower headcount budget and personnel expenses budget control.
  • Establish and maintain market-driven compensation and benefit system to attract, motivate and retain employees.
  • Initiate effective communication processes between management and employees.
  • Develop and ensure effective system on employee performance management and disciplinary management.
  • Develop activities pertaining to employee engagement program and related recreational activities.
  • Maintain staff motivation, coaching and ensure high teamwork spirit.
Job Requirement:
  • Relevant university degree with minimum 8 - 10 years of related experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Familiar with local market, employment laws and practices, compensation and benefits, disciplinary matters and best HR practices.
  • Possess charismatic leadership style that is able to drive the team to meet organization goals and objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skill, resourceful, hands-out, multitasking and creative in problem solving.
  • Possess enthusiasm for continuous operational excellence, detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and deliver results with limited resources.
  • Japanese speaking candidate or candidate with experience in Japanese working environment will be an added advantage.
