Responsibilities:
- To lead and carry out the Training Needs Analysis and develop yearly Training Plan & Budget.
- Sourcing of training providers and deals with training provider for training related matters.
- Arrangements and coordination of training activities.
- To monitor and measure the training effectiveness.
- To study each of the production process and develop training matrix for every level of employees.
- Application/processing of HRDF claims.
- Auditting the OJT and Certification process at the shopfloor.
- To ensure all the training records are updated and incompliance to ISO9001 requirements.
- To be in-charge of Industrial Training Program.
- Orientation for new hires.
- To lead and organize recreational activities for the company such as Annual Dinner, Treasure Hunt, Mass Communication, etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent 3-5 years of working experience.
- Possess professional knowledge such as HR statutory requirements and formulation of HR strategy.
- Strong knowledge in Training & Development functions.
- Able to facilitate the change process within the organization.
- Good counseling and negotiation skills.
- Self starter, independent and multitasking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
