BEAUTY PRODUCTS TRAINING MANAGER (KL)

Job Description:
- To provide Leadership to the Training Department and manage the Trainers and Senior Trainers.
- To conduct beauty training for distributors, product users and internal staff as per company training plan and programs, example: One Day Workshop, Total Beauty/Health Workshop, Roadshow, Train-The-Trainer, and etc, to help achieve department’s Annual Sales Targets.
- To identify and develop detailed technical materials and content for all training and promotional events to drive sales.
- To ensure the integrity of all training Materials and ensuring that no false claims are made.
- To partner with Product Teams to be accountable for sales.
- To identify and develop effective product training programs to drive sales.
- To develop effective commercialization of new product launches through product and sales training.
- To ensure high product acceptance through product training.
- To evaluate and develop accurate product protocols
- To liaise with the various committees, product development, and other relevant departments in the preparation and of Training materials.
- To be responsible for customer complaint management by identifying, developing and implementing procedures and protocol in dealing with such complaints and provide solutions for Customer Service and Product Department.
- To design and conduct effective product training programs to continuously enhance distributors and staff competencies.
- To assess effectiveness of training programs and suggest recommendations for improvement.
- To constantly conduct needs assessment and architect overall training plans with defined outcomes and deliverables.
- To develop, establish and enforce training procedures, policies, protocols for effective training development and support.
- To provide technical support to Product Development.
- To provide beauty product technical training to Trainers, Business Builders, and Sales Department.
- To ensure the Training Department is run smoothly.

Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Dermatology / Cosmetology / Cidesco or related discipline.
- Min 6 years' working experience in training with at least 3 years in field of cosmetics, personal care, and or beauty.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command in English / BM / Mandarin.
- Min 6 years' working experience.
