Technology Platform Development
- Converting technology development.
- Participation in investment projects related to converting.
Process Platform Development
- Process development of converting processes to improve their quality, cost effectiveness, throughput and performance. Process development includes developing and defining used materials, process parameters, quality assurance as well as definition of the output of the process.
Materials Development
- Participation and expert responsibility in sourcing, evaluating and qualifying new raw materials, tools and consumables for converting processes.
Design & Qualification Processes
- Defining, evaluating and qualifying of new product designs.
- Planning and execution of qualification runs of new products.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (BSc/MSc).
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in suitable industry (converting, printing, lamination or material manufacturing for the related processes).
- Systematical way of thinking, ability to handle complex problems effectively.
- Possess professional knowledge such as quality techniques (i.e. Six Sigma tools), deep process specific knowhow (film and fiber-based web materials, inks and adhesives, lamination, printing, die cutting, slitting, label and ticket applications).
- Good data analysis skills (excel, minitab) and reporting skills.
- Ability to create and manage a project plan (MS Project).
- Combination of hands-on approach and theoretical capabilities.
- Self starter, independent and able to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
