SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (KULIM)

Job Description:

- Provide excellent customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
- Understand how to track product built to order and built to stock.
- Understand general product calculations
- Understand processes within a factory on order fulfillment and support of customer requirements, with an objective to develop, achieve and guarantee an efficient and effective business support which is capable to sustain customer satisfaction.
- Process new orders and change orders for customers.
- Experience in handling European and US customers.
- To assist in developing marketing materials such as corporate brochures, product brochures, promotional flyers, etc.

Job Requirements:
- Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in business support, customer service and business operation.
- Must have strong command of English - verbal and written.
- Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess strong planning, organisational and analytical skills and excell in multitasking.
- Adapt easily to an established company.
