PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO (PENANG-BUKIT MINYAK)

Job Description:
  • To provide full range of confidential personal assistant and secretarial duties to CEO.
  • To provide general administrative support and assistant to the CEO.
  • To ensure all aspects of the CEO's office is organized efficiently and effectively.
  • To plan, arrange and manage appointments for the CEO.
  • Answer phone calls and screen CEO's incoming calls and responds independently when possible; take incoming telephone messages as required.
  • Ability to manage many task/multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the Management.
  • Work require willingness to work on a flexible schedule and travel for important meetings/assignments.

Job Requirement:
  • Minimum certificate in Secretarial Practice or equivalent with 2 years working experience.
  • Possess high sense of confidentiality.
  • Tactful, independent and resourceful.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Require professional verbal and written communications.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office application.
  • Willing to travel.
