- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations covering recruitment and selection, learning and development, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations.
Work with business units and employees in providing value-added advice, support and service to attract, retain and train our talents. - Manage employee engagement and relations.
- Change the HR assessment system or rating system to make a solution for the company.
Working experience for C&B area. - Overlook and supervise payroll system.
- Any experience of change management.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in any relevant studies.
- More than 10 years of General HR/Management role in big organization/MNC company.
- Unionized experience will be an added advantage.
- Language proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- Independent personality, able to lead and supervise a team of staffs.
