- Must be sales oriented, able to plan, develop and execute efficient and effective marketing strategies to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales in a cost efficient manner.
- To plan attractive promotion package to enhance product sales.
- To widen the company's Advertising/Promotional coverage to enhance company's revenue.
- Responsible for all aspects relating to the marketing, and branding to ensure the company's objective and targets are achieved consistently.
- Develop strong product knowledge and provide creative solution/ideas to the Management on product and services.
- Responsible for understanding & analyzing the current and future market trend or demand and ensure the marketing strategy is on right track.
- Enhance the existing customer's base and develop a firm market presence through customer relation programs and events.
- Lead Design/Creative, Merchandise and Online Sales Team.
- Explore innovative advertisement products.
- Reporting to Chief Executive Officer.
Job Requirement:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Preferable manager specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent with a minimum 7 years related working experience in Sales & Marketing and 3 years in managerial role.
- Strong sense of urgency to fulfill sales & marketing requirement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Strong leadership & strategy planning.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel outstation.
