- To manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operation finance management and related activities.
- Prepare financial report and involve in financial analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year end close process.
- To assist in the implementation of operational and accounting system and system controls.
- Leading and guiding a group of subordinates in resolving daily operation, finance and accounting issues.
- To review, study and recommend implementation of internal control to improve existing controls.
- To coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors concerning operations and statutory audits of the Company.
- Assist the FM in carrying out and completing ad-hoc assignments and duties as from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Professional qualification or equivalent.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance and Accounting.
- Candidates should have at least 3 years related experience.
- Experience in handling group companies is a plus.
- Detailed and result oriented with excellent communication with various level of staff.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within required time frames.
- Resourceful and diligently using internal and external source to obtain information documentation and resolve problems.
- Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
- Possess the ability to learn additional applications as needed.
- Able to start work within short notice will be advantageous.
