ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVES / ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER (PENANG-BUKIT MINYAK)

Job Responsibility:
  • To manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operation finance management and related activities.
  • Prepare financial report and involve in financial analysis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year end close process.
  • To assist in the implementation of operational and accounting system and system controls.
  • Leading and guiding a group of subordinates in resolving daily operation, finance and accounting issues.
  • To review, study and recommend implementation of internal control to improve existing controls.
  • To coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors concerning operations and statutory audits of the Company.
  • Assist the FM in carrying out and completing ad-hoc assignments and duties as from time to time.

Job Requirement:
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Professional qualification or equivalent.
  •  Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance and Accounting.
  • Candidates should have at least 3 years related experience.
  • Experience in handling group companies is a plus.
  • Detailed and result oriented with excellent communication with various level of staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within required time frames.
  • Resourceful and diligently using internal and external source to obtain information documentation and resolve problems.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in  Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
  • Possess the ability to learn additional applications as needed.
  • Able to start work within short notice will be advantageous.
