- To work closely with production control on the planning and scheduling of fabrication, assembly and quality control of all products to meet the delivery on time.
- To plan, guide, control and schedule workforce to meet the department and company’s goal at zero defect.
- Able to guide and control machinist and production staffs in their daily work routine.
- To provide suggestion for improvement on cost reduction and to control defects below 1% of total monthly revenue.
- To guide and achieve 5S work system at all times.
- To control and comply on ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System.
- To prepare Standard Operating Procedure for machining and production assembly process.
- Create procedures, process flow & etc. (document for production)
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) and (Tool & Die, Mold Fabrication) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD, CAM Programming.
- Required language(s): English.
- Knowledgeable and broad experience in CNC milling, product assembly, production engineering and quality control.
- Possess good knowledge in mechanical parts, plastic processing.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience for this position.
- Preferable specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Able to read technical drawing (2D).
