Job Description
- Manage all customer complaints and issue, including
improvement, corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage customer return RTV lots and suggest the
disposition.
- Approve shipment data sheet for customer.
- Get new product qualification.
- Manage evaluation, correlation and experiments with
customer.
- Organize and conduct customer meeting/conference call
on routine basis when necessary.
- Coordinate sample making to customer with other
department.
- Manage raw & sub material suppliers and approve
incoming inspection result.
- To be assigned duties as required by Superior.
- Establish and maintain QESH procedures and work
instructions.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate
Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa
Malaysia.
- Knowledge in Japanese would be an added advantage.
- Required skill(s): SPC.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in customer
QA.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kulim.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality
Control/Assurance or equivalent.
