MOBILE APP DEVELOPER (HOME BASED - PENANG/KL/JOHOR)

Job Description:

• Implementing back-end engine (e.g. web crawler, API, recommendation engine and etc.) powering the Company's app.
• Suggest and implement UX and UI improvements.

Job Responsibility:

• Plan, coordinate and achieve packed/shipped volume to committed goals.

Job Description:

CUSTOMER SERVICE SENIOR ENGINEER/ENGINEER (PENANG - BAYAN LEPAS)

Job Responsibility:

• Organize and lead meetings to address customer requirements on technical improvement matter.
• Safeguard customer's interest for any project in internal functions.
• Perform survey and assessment on customer satisfaction level.
• Initiate Corrective Action Report/8D for customer complains/feedback as per specification requirement. Initiate investigation and respond to Customer Complaints on a timely basis.
• Responsible to obtain management approval prior to sending out reports to customers.
• Coordinate customer returned reject sample analysis and simulation tests to identify root-cause of the Customer Complaint/Feedback issue.
• Responsible to file and coordinate to submit reports to customers.
• Interface between Customer, Supplier and Process Engineer for technical innovations.
• Ensure that all activities to be introduce or carryout by good self and subordinates compliance to legal requirements and company objectives with respect to environmental requirements.

PLANT MANAGER (PENANG - PERAI)

The Role:

This is a new role managing a team in a manufacturing environment with P&L responsibility. The role will be reporting to the Global General Manager based in Europe so the person will be required to work on his/her own initiative. It is a new site and requiring hiring and setting up for all areas. The site will be developed to best practices in LEAN and to meet best practice for Safety and EHS.

Job Responsibility:

• Lead and co-ordinates the day-to-day activities of the site to meet targets for customer delivery, product quality and cost ensuring a safe work environment at all times.
• Leads the use of lean tools to drive continuous improvement and process reliability.
• Creates a high performing flexible team which achieves excellent results.
• Responsible for the site P&L, controlling costs to meet the targets.
• Reviews production data, machines running status, escalations and corrective action to ensure targets are achieved.
• Ensures that there is regular communication with team through visual management systems and co-ordinate all training in order to perform assigned tasks across production cells.
• Responsible for ensuring that his/her team are trained in their roles and also to support the development of standard work documentation, training and work instruction activities where appropriate.
• Creates a high performing flexible team which achieves excellent results through coaching/mentoring and effective performance management.
• Plans all people, material and machine resources to support weekly production schedules.
• Lead area 5'S programme to ensure that housekeeping & safety issues are resolved in a timely and systematic manner thus meeting all company safety, environmental and quality initiatives.

Job Requirement:

• Educated to degree level - Engineering or Manufacturing.
• At least 5 years experience in a Management or Supervisory role.
• Proficient at reading and writing English is a MUST.
