Job Description:

  • Talent Advisor works as a talent consultant to Company's business groups.
  • Provides recruiting expertise to find, attract and hire the talent needed by the Company to support technology and product roadmaps.
  • Couples business acumen and insight with labor market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies to meet not only the current business need, but support the long term talent requirements of the Company.
  • Leverage talent expertise, understanding of talent acquisition plans (TAP), business model, operations, competitive position and business group products to identify the top business priorities and make recommendations and influence the hiring team manager or internal stakeholders regarding talent acquisition plan.
  • Creates a WOW user experience for candidates through direct engagement and interaction throughout the hiring life cycle.
  • Establish and tap candidate networks to advocate on behalf of the Company.

Job Requirement:
  • Minimum 3 - 5  years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with experience as a technical recruiter with an agency and within an MNC.
  • A deep knowledge of the external environment, market trends, competitors, labour market and general talent availability.
  • Strong sourcing capability with robust experience using various channels including social media to engage and develop relationship with candidates.
  • A thirst for continuous learning and passion in recruiting and discovering and exploiting new candidate channels.
  • Effective communication, stakeholder management, diplomacy, strong persuasion and influencing skills, resourcefulness are all skills that will enable a successful recruiter.
  • Possesses good understanding of market (skill sets, trends, competition, etc.) and incorporates that knowledge into strategy development and execution.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, complex, dynamic and fast pace work environment.

TOOLING DESIGN SENIOR ENGINEER (PENANG - BAYAN LEPAS)

Job Description:
  • Involved in part and mould design for injection moulding product.
  • To review customer part design and able to propose DFM.
  • Capable to handle mould problem, troubleshooting, mould improvement, mould repair and problem defining.
  • Lead and manage on New Product & Tooling design activities to ensure proper new start-up compliance to customer requirement.
  • Work with the engineering and production team, QA and mould maker for any new project issue and propose corrective and preventive action with total documentation to ensure achieving the targets and timeline.
Job Requirement:
  • Possess Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years related experience in Plastic/Injection Moulding industry.
  • Knowledge in plastic injection moulding tooling design.
  • Knowledge in software such as Unigraphic, Solidwork, MoldFlow.
  • Able to comprehend and interpret part/tooling drawings and technical instructions.

Job Description:
  • Design and development of mechanical components from concept through production.
  • Take leadership of mechanical design in automation project.
  • Thorough design analysis and optimization of mechanical components including considerations of design for manufacturing and cost.
  • Plan and manage mechanical design schedule.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide design guidance to junior engineers.
  • Interface with customers and functional owners on mechanical design issue.
  • Responsible to complete design assembly drawings and details part drawings.
  • Checking of drawing and preparation of Bill of Material (BOM).
  • Must prepare to travel local and overseas.
  • Able to work under tight schedules to complete the design job on time.

Job Requirement:
  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent/related field.
  • Minimum 3 years and above of working experience in Automation field is required for this position.

Job Responsibility:
  • Able to provide technical advice and guidance to other engineers/juniors.
  • Know how to do wiring schematic diagram and electrical circuit design. International Safety Standard is an advantage.
  • Team player, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently on machine electrical design, part selection and prepare I/O List.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Strong problem solving abilities and good organizational skills.
  • Willing to work long hours if required.

Job Requirement:
  • Degree/Diploma holder in Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent/related field.
  • For Senior position, minimum 4 years of working experience in automation equipment system control/related field development. For Junior position, at least minimum 2 years working experience is required.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (PERAK-TAIPING)

Job Description:

Primary Function
Manage the overall function of the Finance Division so as to be a strategic business partner to the organization in achieving its business plan and profit target.
  • Secure banking facilities to meet corporate borrowings requirement in the business plan to finance capital expenditure and working capital.
  • Monitor and report actual versus budget to facilitate corrective actions to achieve business plan.
  • Manage credit control to minimize bad debts.
  • To ensure that the financial affairs of the company are conducted in such a way that is in compliance with the statutory requirements and Accepted Standard Accounting Practices.
  • To provide advise/comments to the management with regards to the financial affairs of the company.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of treasury, management & financial accounting, credit control, taxation, payroll, factory accounting and costing.
  •  Ensure yearly business plan and budget are completed and approved by Management within the deadline. Monitor monthly actual versus budget and report major variances to Management.
  • Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts and get Management's approval for the monthly accounts closing, Ensure timely distribution of the financial and cost reports to the relevant internal and external recipients.
  • Securing funding as required in the business plan to finance capital expenditure and working capital. Monitor bank facilities utilization versus approved bank facilities to ensure utilization within limit. Maintain good relationship with the banks.
  • Plan & manage cash flow to ensure all payment commitments are paid within terms.
  • Ensure all credit control procedures and policy are adhered to.
  • Ensure compliance to J-SOX requirements on the internal control on financial reporting in order to prevent misreporting or fraud.
  • Co-ordinate between directors and Company Secretary on company secretarial matters.
  • Work closely with tax agents to ensure compliance to corporate tax reporting and payment of tax liabilities if any. Ensure compliance to reporting & payment dateline of sales tax, withholding taxes, MTD, EPF, SOCSO, Tabung Haji, HRDF and expatriate income taxes.
  • Ensure annual general insurance policies renewal and co-ordinate insurance risk survey.
  • Conduct half-yearly stock check for raw materials, engineering parts & finished goods and provide Management with the stock check results.
  • Ensure smooth internal & external audit and response to any audit queries. Make audit adjustment where relevant.
  • Provide OEM Manager with price quotation computation and assist during price negotiation when requested.
  • Responsible for the training of subordinates in developing their potentials.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Limit of Authority
  •  Authority to sign cheques with another signatory, up to maximum of RM 50K with Group C, RM 250K with Group B and exceeding RM 250K with Group A. Authority to sign other documents as per Authority Limit Chart.
  • All action & decision are in compliance to the statutory requirements & Accepted Standard Accounting Practices.

Job Requirement:
  •  A degree or a qualifies member of a Chartered Accountancy body that is recognized by Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Malaysia.
  • Chartered member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Malaysia.
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in the Finance Division with 5 years as the head of Finance Division.
  • Must possess good communication skills and proficient in written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiar with SAP computerized accounting system.
  • Must possess the necessary knowledge and skills in financial management, IFRS, corporate tax and credit control management.
  • Possess leadership qualities and able to provide leadership to lead a team of financial managers, executives and staff.
  • Working experience in J-SOX compliance will be an added advantage.

ENGINEERING MANAGER (PERAK-TAIPING)

Job Requirement:
  • Advanced Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Certificate of Competency as Electrical Supervising Engineer and /or Steam Engineer.
  • Minimum of 10 years working experience as Maintenance/Facilities Manager in manufacturing environment.
  • Candidate with working experience in tire manufacturing industry is preferred.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (PENANG-PERAI)

Job Description:
  • Capable of leading the electrical and/or controls design and programming of a large, custom, automatic assembly machine project from concept to acceptance.
  • Direct interface with the Project Manager and is capable of communicating directly with the customer.
  • Has decision-making responsibility for issues related to the concept, design, programming, debug and qualification of the machine.
  • Responsible for reviewing the concept, budget and schedule to determine feasibility then stays within the project milestone requirements.

Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the automation industry with 5 years managerial position.
  • Knowledge of Solidwork, AutoCAD, Excel, DOS and Windows 7.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts (exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations and premutations.
  • Ability to apply mathematical operations (frequency distribution, test reliability and validity determination, variance analysis, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis).
  • Good knowledge of electromechanical relationships of  an entire automation system.
  • Ability to design basic power distribution and control circuits.
  • Ability to write and debug multiple-station PLC code.
  • Ability to program MMI devices and design interface circuitry.
